"I need help with...."
A re-imagination of taking a legal and consulting business to market
MinterEllison is a large Australian based global law firm. Previous the website listed all 190 practice areas, the majority with less that 140 page views per year. Clients were not always aware of the end-to-end service the firm could provide.
How could a website visit play a role in better cross promotion of the legal and consulting services MinterEllison offered?.  
By putting the best of the Firm's business knowledge and strategy minds in one room we asked them to think about a client visiting the site with one question in mind.
I need help with....
Many post-it notes, reorganisation of post-it note and much discussion we had a framework that ultimately resulted in less individual pages with greater visibility of the business capability across other potentially relevant areas.
While search is the primary navigation tool on the site, the menu also reflects the "I need help with" concept.
