Graduate recruitment cycle
By creating a journey map as to the different stages of a graduate recruitment cycle we have a greater insight to what activities will be most appropriate at a particular time.
A team including graphic designers, brand and communication team members and the graduate recruitment team members came together with the aim of mapping out a campaign. I encouraged the team to first understand the different stages to help us identify the correct communication channels. The below journey map was the first product of the day and has provided multiple years of insight including the current cycle where the business it is working on an entirely new approach to graduate a hires.
